Minutes of Meeting:

IIt was consensus of all MFIs and Plan partners that Mr.Rahmat
(Akhuwat) will be coordinator of Peer Learning Network (PPN).
One representative of each MFI will be member of the PLN committee.

All communication will be carried out through PLN, using SMS, phone
calls, emails, discussion groups and visits etc.

Final Urdu version of PPI Questionnaire will be sent to PLN group by
next week of the workshop. Mr.Shabeer (Plan Chakwal) will be
responsible to finalize the Urdu version of PPI.

Instruction manual of PPI questionnaire will be prepared by Mr. Asad
(Researcher &Data Analyst from Akhuwat).

All MFIs will send cleaned data to Mr.Moiz (Plan Pakistan) by next
week.

All MFIs will sent profile and introduction of their institutions
before Eid.

All MFIs will prepare their final reports ASAP and send to Plan
Pakistan by 15 –October, 2010. Please include poverty line/rate of
their respective district in the report.

All MFIs must submit their proposals and planning of phase II by next
week.
All MFIs will share relationship feed back through PLN.

All MFIs will share and submit a quarterly report of phase II to Plan
Pakistan respectively.

Data Analysis trainings will be conducted by the end of November or
December. Venue may be Sukkur or Islamabad.

MFIs are encouraged to make visits to others partner organization for
experience sharing and learning about PPI implementation.

All members are requested to share any missing point

I have joined PPAF and going to train all Partner Organization in Poverty Scorecard developed by the World Bank. Tomorrow we shall dispatch an invitation letter to OCT for the upcoming training event held on September 20, 2010 at Karachi. So be ready to learn and implement another version of scorecard. Sarban Chakwal is going to rehabilitate 95 potential families in the current FY with financial support of Plan Pakistan.We have started the selection of potential families by using PPI from 19 communities.we are strictly following the instructions/guide line to implement the PPI in workshop/training phase-2 at Lahore.We are using PPI to identify real poor families and we will also use PPI to measure the impact of our input after one year

We are also planning to work in 2 Union counsels of District Chakwal after data collection of four UC to rehabilitate ultra poor families implementing the Model of Akhuwat.After EID,we will call Akhuwat officials in Chakwal to share the idea and to finalize the proposal.
