Please ref to our telephonic discussion today about the joint venture of Sarban-Akhuwat and Plan in Chakwal for the rehabilitation of ultra poor families.

 Ref to Sarban,Plan and Akhuwat meeting on 26-08-2010 at Lahore and our telephonic discussion with Mr.Shahid on 22-09-2010 regarding proposal for a joint venture of Sarban,Plan and Akhuwat for the rehabilitation of ultra poor families in Chakwal.Sarban has arranged a meeting on 17-09-2010 in Sarban office Chakwal(Minutes are attached) to discuss the concept note.Sarban and Plan are agreed principally to work with the discussed model.Meeting Minutes and concept note are attached with tentative budget.We can arrange a meeting at Chakwal after your input in the first week of October.
