PPI training at Akhuwat

PPI implementation has started at Akhuwat. First PPI training was held
for managers and officers of Lahore on 18th Jan.2011.
Officers were more satisfied with revised Urdu version of
questionnaire.
how PPI facilitates managers/officers to improve their services was
mostly raised and addressed issue

Second PPI training is delivered to the officers/managers of Akhuwat
in the region of Pindi.
it was of two days training of four branches. Akhuwat staff seem more
positive about PPI and took ownership for implementation.
