Editor’s correspondence to authors is through Gmail/google based email. We are facing a continuous problem in the form of "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" especially when we correspond at an email based on 163.com, 126.com, naver.com, etc. "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" does not mean the author’s email is not working but the sever has rejected Gmail/google based email. Then we have to use our yahoo based email and which results wastage of our time. We suggest those all who are using 163.com, 126.com, naver.com etc, based emails, be create their email addresses may on yahoo. We will not be redirecting the emails with message "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently" w.e.f from 01-January, 2016.
