Hi, Fresh graduate Rails fan

I'm a fresh software engineering graduate.

During my four years of graduation I have experimented with many
frameworks and languages

php
joomla
asp .net
j2ee
ROR

what i have come up with is that ROR, taking into account that its not
as fast as other frameworks, is the future because programmer
happiness and ease in an environment where requirements keep changing
rapidly is the thing

I'm currently following the defacto book, agile web dev with rails

I've searched pakistan job portals and i dint find many rails jobs as
compared to other frameworks

I dont see many companies wanting to invest in fresh graduates in
terms of Rails

7vals is one company which does Rails. plus watching the market in
pakistan, many off shore software houses arent doing much in rails.

for me, Rails is here to stay and i think its gona be a big part of
the future of web

so this message is just a probe to see how rails people in pakistan
see the industry and why arent they willing to invest in fresh
graduates

cause my love for rails wont make me go for any other framework. tbh
im allergic to all things microsoft and .net
