- Maintain knowledge partnerships with global knowledge platforms for advice and use of resources for MSME finance and digital financial inclusion.

Lead and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis team and function to drive business growth in Pakistan

Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Main duties:

- Accountable for overseeing financial analysis, statistical studies, feasibilities and budgeting process
- Participate and lead the annual forecasting, planning and budgeting exercises
- Support business planning and decision-making by providing appropriate financial data & market intelligence in coordination with various SBU teams
- In liaison with the shared services hub in India, manage the monthly Financial Control and Compliance Framework (FCCF) process
- Establish and maintain procedures and processes to underpin compliance with FCCF requirements.
- Work with the Director (BSS) to ensure optimal financial systems and processes that meet audit requirements
- Support Director BSS in managing the strategic financial information reporting, modeling and annual target-setting processes
- Manage the monthly cash flow process to ensure effective treasury needs
- Support Director BSS to ensure effective treasury services including banking partner/s relationship management
- Work with Head of Procurement and Director Business Support Services to ensure full range of financial and procurement services to effectively support business operations
- Oversee payroll function
- Support the Area Director in carrying out periodic checks
- Coordinate  with internal & external auditors during audits
- Lead on business process re-engineering to streamline & improvefinancial processes as and when required
