This is a big sacm of Nigeria, Benin and some other African countries. First they tepmt you with a big order on the terms of advance payment, then after initial corrsepondence they accept your offer and send you Tender document and other papers for agreement. The real catch is when they send you a fake TT number and at the same time ask you for the charges of "Registration of your Product with (such and such) Ministry". These charges normally run into 3 to 5 thousand dollars and then there is nobady to respond to your phone and abviously it is not possible for everyone to go to a far flung African country in the hope of getting his money back.
So Friends Please Please Beware.
