I plan to start working on Pake 2.0 soon, which will require PHP-5.3+.

Pake 1.x is a good stable tool, but it starts to show it's age. I still plan to support it, which means that bugs will be fixed, and new features will be added on request.

I, myself, need a newer pake, which is easy to integrate into PSR-0 environment, which is easily installable via Composer, etc.

My plan is to start a separate github project, copy-pasting pieces of pake1 one-by-one into new places, wrapped by new wrappers, etc. It will be evolutionary, not revolutionary but, probably, it won't be possible to use existing pake-files as-is. But I'll try to limit required changes as much as I can.

I wish you best, but api for me is pretty unusable from pake, thats why i didn't used it.

Please check other tools, like grunt from js world, or tor from ruby world. I would really love to have some
similar php tool and willing to contribute to one, which could fulfill my needs.

Best Regards.
