(1) Automation Engineer (3 Positions)
Job Description:
To ensure that all the systems operate at peak efficiency
To ensure systems run smoothly, also test and troubleshoot the systems
To make sure that all systems are operational at all times
Responsible for design specifications and others detailed documentation of their creations
Skills / Experience Required:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Electrical or Electronics
Minimum 5 years working in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of SCADA controls
Certifications or technical credentials demonstrating high proficiency in PLC programming especially S7, S88/Statement List Programming.
Experience in the installation and troubleshooting of MCCs and Frequency Inverters, Calibration of Instruments like thermocouples, pressure transmitters
(2) Plant Automation Manager (1 Position)
Job Description:
Direct a Professional of maintenance personnel responsible for installation and repair of all machinery /equipment, Develop a repair and maintenance budget
Controlling and improving the plants repair/maintenance spending
Direct, organize and implement preventive maintenance programs
Providing technical recommendations and implementations for continuous improvement in plant production processes.
Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Electrical or Electronics
Minimum 5 years working in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of SCADA controls

Providing technical recommendations and implementations for continuous improvement in production processes, reporting to the Supervisor.
Skills/Experience Required:
Must have at last 3 years experience as a Plant Maintenance or related experience in Food Manufacturing Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatics troubleshooting
Experienced with HASSIA, ERCA, OYSTAR Machines, PCM and Packaging Equipment.
(4) Production Maintenance Technician (Milk) (3 Positions)
Must have in Experience with Elopak Machines and Packaging Equipment
(5) Production Maintenance Process (3 Positions)
Job Description:
Responsible for resolving equipment problems and repair of all machinery/equipment
Assist root cause failure analysis on critical equipment or component failures
Develop a repair and maintenance
Providing technical recommendations for continuous improvement in plant production processes
Skills/Experience Required:
Must have at last 3 years experience as a Plant Maintenance Technician or related experience in Food Manufacturing
Experience with Cleaning in Olace ( CIP) , Pasteurizer , Heat Exchangers , Valves (APV,ALFA LAVAL) Pumps and Homogenizers
(6) Production Maintenance Control Supervisor (1 Position)
Job Description:
Direct a professional team of maintenance personnel responsible for the installation and repair of all machinery/equipment.
Serve as leader and/or member of cross-functional teams to resolve equipment problems.
Investigate and improve reliability.
Provide leadership in department /plant safety and environmental programs.
Ensure all applicable permits and regulatory compliances are current, Develop a repair
Skills/Experience Required
Must have at least 5 years experience as Plant Maintenance Supervisor or related experience in Food Manufacturing.
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is ideal
Must be able to coordinate and set priorities for the maintenance department in achieving key maintenance goals and strategies, Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Experience with Krones, Hassia , Erca, Elopak Tetra Pak and Homogenizer are advantage
(7) Production Maintenance Deputy Supervisor ( KRONES) (1 Position)
Must have at least 5 years experience as Plant Maintenance Supervisor or related experience in Food Manufacturing.
Must be able to monitor productivity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Experience with Krones, Cidel , Blow mould Machines and Packaging
Production Maintenance Process Supervisor (1 Position)

Job Description:
