One day workshop on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety Disorders

Practical demonstration of CBT techniques with videos and role play exercises”

Brief Introduction of CBT, Role play exercises, videos of sessions, Assessment and engagement, Psych education, Agenda setting, feedback prepare for cbt, Simple case formulation, and Behavioral Activation, Mood and thought detection.

Cognitive Errors, Challenging to automatic negative thoughts, alternative thoughts, Practical problem solving Assertiveness and conflict resolving techniques, thought distraction, relaxation exercise. Videos and role play exercises. (One hour Discussion)

Certificates by "Pakistan Association of Cognitive Therapists" (PACT) refreshment, open discussion and manuals will be provided.
