It covered application of CBT on anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorders. The content was excellently selected, organised and based upon case studies. The frequent and on the spot demonstrations clarified the concepts in question resulting in instant feeling of rich learning. The pragmatic tips, step to step guidance, sky view of procedural problems, handy and innovative solutions, all of them, made it classical delivery by Mr.Aslam whose simple appearance, focused communication, original body language, profound knowledge and vast experience of CBT was also matchless. I have learned a lot. Salute to him.
