Rabta Kar is pleased to announce the first ever "Three Days' Online Training on Safeguarding" in Pakistan. The training is aimed at building the capacity of teams of the organizations working in both in the humanitarian settings and development initiatives on safeguarding practices and policies. This training will be a perfect way to ensure that your teams on the ground have the skills that they need in order to be able to provide a service that protects children and young people. These trainings would help the team members in learning who may be vulnerable, recognizing tell-tale signs of abuse and neglect, improve your team's communication ability and enabling staff to record and report abuse and neglect appropriately.

Objectives
The training is designed to increase the ability and skill of organizations engaged in humanitarian and development programming, in ensuring the safety and well-being of all of their employees and the community members that they work with. The workshop will ensure that organizational teams on the ground have the skills that they need in order to be able to provide a service that protects all vulnerable groups.
