As you are aware, development funding is shrinking globally — and Pakistan is no exception. Many organizations are finding it increasingly difficult to sustain their programmes, retain staff, and maintain community outreach.

This changing landscape calls for serious reflection and strategic adaptation. We at Pak NGOs believe it is time for a sector-wide conversation: what should NGOs in Pakistan do to remain effective, relevant, and resilient in the face of declining donor support?
