You have, most probably, seen the message from our esteemed member (Qazi Kabir Hashmi) highlighting scam calls from an individual falsely claiming to represent Pak NGOs (we are really grateful to Mr Hashmi for alerting all the members).
The caller attempted to persuade the member to join a WhatsApp channel by sharing a code and requesting that it be entered while remaining on the phone.
This appears to be a fraudulent attempt to misuse the name of Pak NGOs. To protect yourself and your accounts, please note the following:
Pak NGOs has only one official phone number: 0333-8890823
If you receive a call, message, or WhatsApp communication from any other number claiming to represent Pak NGOs, please consider it a fake/fraudulent call/message.
