Dear Members,
The Safeguarding Resource and Support Hub (RSH) Pakistan is now accepting applications for Safeguarding Foundations, an introductory training for CSOs developing their first safeguarding policy. This is an introductory series for civil society organizations (CSOs) either developing their first safeguarding policy, with a focus on Protection Against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment (PSEAH), or at an early stage of improving safeguarding practice.
The training consists of 5 online sessions of 2 hours each, delivered over one to two weeks, followed by follow-up sessions over 4 to 6 months. Kindly note that no fee is being charged for this training; it is completely free.
Participating organizations will need to nominate a staff member or focal person available for the full program cycle and have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
The training is open to registered CSOs based in Pakistan that are at an early stage of safeguarding development. It is not intended for organizations that already have established systems, trained staff, and functional reporting arrangements in place.
Priority will be given to women’s rights organizations, women-led organizations, and organizations working with persons with disabilities, refugees, and other marginalized communities.
