Awareness of his world's intended history and the time-travelling, global interference orchestrated by the Maker led Anthony Stark, in his guise as Iron Lad, to embark on a mission to rectify Earth with the assistance of his allies. This led to the creation of a network of individuals afflicted by the Maker who could be potential superheroes, by restoring to them the abilities they were meant to possess in the first place, thereby becoming the Ultimates.

The initially proposed iteration of the team, designated as Ultimates 1.0, comprised individuals selected for their suitability for the role of a superhero. These individuals received packages containing Stark technology or biological catalysts for undergoing a Post-Human transformation back in time to January 2024 from six months into the future, conducted by Iron Lad and Doom through the Immortus Engine. However, this approach proved to be unsuccessful, as the duo had failed to consider the human factor. As a result, a considerable number of packages were either rejected, intercepted, or resulted in the recipient's demise. At least one known instance proved successful, as evidenced by the subsequent transformation of Peter Parker into Spider-Man.[1][3]

Upon receiving guidance from Captain America and recognizing the shortcomings of the previous strategy, Iron Lad conceived of Ultimates 2.0 as a more direct and personal approach to recruitment. The initial recruitment targets were Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne, a married couple of exterminators in New Jersey who were originally destined to become the superhero duo of Giant-Man and The Wasp as Hank had retained possession of his package. Upon establishing contact with the couple, the team was promptly intercepted and attacked by Captain Britain, who was leading an army comprising giants and his personal guard, the Black Crusade. In the subsequent conflict, Janet would assume her heroic identity and join the Ultimates' mission to rectify the world as The Wasp, subsequently accompanied by her husband as Giant-Man. The team emerged triumphant in their conflict, thanks in part to the contributions of their recently recruited members, and left behind a message to the secret rulers of the world in the form of Hank's impressively large footprint, which engraved the resistance network's logo on the ground.[1]

Another one of their initial operations as a group was the infiltration of a clandestine facility, codenamed Damage Control, which formed part of a wider network. However, only Captain America, Doom, and Iron Lad responded to the call to action. Further investigation yielded a collection of remains and attire belonging to individuals and creatures that were to play a pivotal role in the shaping of history prior to the intervention of the Maker. Subsequently, the trio were confronted by a group of H.A.N.D. members who were guarding the facility. This resulted in a confrontation that was brought to a premature close due to the intervention of the Captain, who liberated Jim Hammond, the forgotten Human Torch of World War II. The Human Torch was then enlisted into their crusade.[2]

The 6160 is a two-channel signal conditioning amplifier module with 50 kHz or 100 kHz bandwidth and analog outputs. The bridge input is ten-wire shielded with programmable constant voltage or constant current excitation and programmable completion for quarter, half and full bridge transducers. Automatic bridge balancing accommodates large imbalances without limiting dynamic range.

The input and excitation are isolated from the outputs, power and control interface. This gives the user complete freedom to ground the input without creating ground loops that introduce noise and offset errors.

VAV1, a Rho-family guanine nucleotide exchange factor, is a key signaling protein downstream of both the T-and B-cell receptors.
