Beating the tournament with the jackhammer? I've tried numerous times. The jackhammer is like driving a slow az brick. I can always beat the first three races but can never beat the fourth and final race. Any tips? Cheats? Help?

I am currently having the same problem. The only thing that I have noticed is that on the fourth race, you have to get lucky. Basically, you need to go through the first ring and get the mortar or rockets and after the corkscrew there is a shortcut around the corner at the end - shoot it. Once through there you need to go through another ring then get the boost and supercharge it. Use them sparingly and save one for the final straight away.
