PaintWeb local Image Edit

Hi,

First of all I am able to run Paintweb on local server. Finally, I was doing very silly mistake it was too silly. ;)

I was looking for the local image edit function.Paintweb supports insert image but only from server or other link. What is your approach about uploading Image from computer and then edit and save? From where one should start to put this feature for Paintweb?
