Ubuntu 12.x Error

Hi Guys,
I have installed ubuntu into drive D and C default is WIN7.
I have check disk on D by runing on WIN7.
After that I run into Ubuntu it seem the files was moved and my Ubuntu not working
It also state : Runing in Low Graphic, and ask me to config myself
Any Advise about this?
