بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّـهِ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللَّـهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَلَمْ يَخْشَ إِلَّا اللَّـهَ ۖ فَعَسَىٰ أُولَـٰئِكَ أَن يَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِينَ 

The mosques of Allah shall be visited and maintained by such as believe in Allah and the Last Day, establish regular prayers, and practice regular charity, and fear none (at all) except Allah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance...9-18

و بدينسان وعده الهي نزديک مي شود زاده اسماعيل به مذبح مي رسد. آي کاروانيان اين جا کجاست؟ عطش و آتش بردل غربت طعنه مي زند و سنگ ريزه هاي سوزان کوير بر دلتنگي و خستگي کاروان نيشتر و بدنهاي مالامال از تشنگي و گرسنگي آنان را مي آزارد. خورشيد غروب دوم محرم، به آرامي خود را در سينه افق جاي مي دهد، سکوت بر کاروان سايه افکنده باز صدايي دوباره مي پرسد اينجا کجاست؟ پاسخي خسته مي آيد: اينجا ساحل فرات است. نام ديگرش چيست؟ مولاي من نينوا، غاضريه، شفيه.  نه؛ نه؛ نام ديگري هم دارد؟ فريادي در سينه خفته به پاسخ مي نشيند آقاي من اينجا کربلاست.  آري حسين به کربلا مي رسد ودل کوير را در تب و تاب مي اندازد. آسمان نيز چهره در هم کشيده است. زمين بغض خود را فرو مي برد و فرات بي صدا به گريه مي نشيند.   سياهي شب با سپيده صبح در مي آميزد صداي چکاوکان مرگ به گوش مي رسد. اي سياهي کيستي که راه را بر ما بسته اي؟ منم حر پسر يزيد رياحي. آقا!! از جانب عبيد گماشته ام، راه کوفه بر شما بسته است.  چند روزي بدين منوال گذشت، سپاهيان ايمان، همراه با سپاه کفر رو به سوي يک خدا داشتند، در صدر دو سپاه يک پيشوا به امامت مي ايستاد و آن حسين زهرا بود. اما ابليس را نماينده اي بود در کوفه که سرشت او با قساوت و خونخوارگي پيمان بسته بود،همو نامه اي به سوي حر گسيل داشت که : راه را بر حسين سد نما و آنان را به سوي دشت سوزان کربلا روانه و آب را بر آنان ببند و عرصه را بر آنان تنگ ساز.   يگانه هستي! قدري درنگ کن! راه سخت است و نا هموار، و اهريمنان در کمين نشسته اند، مبادا فريب اهل عراق، ستون خيمه علويان را واژگون سازد؟   حال کاروانيان به کربلا رسيدند حضرتش فرمود «اللهم اني اعوذ بک من الکرب و البلاء»      بـــــار بگشـــــاييد اينجـــــــا کربلاست آب و خاکـــش با دل و جان آشنــاست السّــــــــــلام اي سرزمين کـــربــــــلا السّــــــــــلام اي منــزل و مـــأواي مـا السّــــــــــلام اي وادي دلجوي عشق وه چه خوش مي آيد اينجا بوي عشق السّــــــــــلام اي خيمه گاه خواهـــرم قتلگـــــــاه جــــانگـــــــــداز اکبــــــــرم کــــــــــــربلا گــــــهواره اصغر تـــــويي مقتـــــــل عباس نـــــــــام آور تــــويي آمـــــــــــدم آغــــوش خود را بــــاز کن بستــــــــــر مـــهمان خود را ســاز کن...     قافله شهادت در دل غاضريه خيمه مي زند امام مي فرمايد : بخدا قسم اينجا شهادتگاه ماست کودکان ما را در اين وادي به اسارت مي برند و جگر گوشه هايمان در اين وادي به خاک و خون مي غلتند. نفير مرگ با آمدن پسر سعد بن ابي وقاص به صدا در مي آيد. قاصد نفرت و غيض به سوي امام مي آيد چرا به عراق آمده ايد؟ امام در پاسخ مي فرمايد عراقيان خود مرا با نگاشتن نامه خوانده اند اکنون اگر از آمدن من کراهت داريد به حجاز باز مي گردم، "عمر" نامه اي به ابن زياد نوشت و ماجرا را گزارش کرد، آن کور دل دنيا و آخرت در پاسخ گفت:حال که چنگالهاي ما به سوي او نشانه رفته است اميد بازگشت به حجاز دارد؟   ديگر راهي براي او نمانده است. صداي نفير بلند و بلند تر مي شود.   و ناگهان هاتفي از آسمان بانگ بر مي آورد: قتل الحسين بکربلا عطشاناً....
