Payment of Intrest

Hi Friends,

To take possession of flat, Lodha is asking me to pay interest of around Rs.30,000 for  delayed payments. After repeated pleas to waive off the interest they told me that they can't do it as there is court  case  pending  against delay in project.    I thought of checking with you.. before  making the final payment.

-  Does anyone got waiver on interest charges

-  Is there really  a case on this point.
