Minutes of the Meeting - 11th AUG 2013

Dear All,

Pls find the updates as below out of our meeting on 11th Aug.

1. CCI is in progress with additional docs submitted with them for further actions.

2. Case has been filed with Consumer Commission to get an interim order for registration on this one sided document.

3. Hold the registrations till we get the interim order.

4. Contribution of 5000/- has been re-iterated.

5. Accounting status has been explained and association holds an amt of 7lac in hand as of today.

6. Receipts are been disbursed to all our members, Pls collect the same in the meetings.

7. Club House movement is highly objected. Few plans are in place to object the same in different manner and communication will be send shortly.

8. Those who has paid 2000/- only are requested to pay the rest 5000/- immediately.

9. Those who haven't paid money and just filled the association forms are requested to pay the amount of 7000/- immediately or the membership stands cancelled.

10. Few committees are formed and new members are welcome to work in many activities. (Few members has shown their willingness and they will be shortly allocated to the teams)

RESOLUTION : PLS HOLD THE REGISTRATIONS TILL WE GET THE INTERIM ORDER.

Those who are yet to Pay 5000/- (Additional fund) are requested to pay thru the bank with below details.While remitting, mark you Flat details and then ur name. Funds without Flat details will not be accounted.
