Appreciating the effort of our team member Mr. Y Chandra Sekhar, who prepeared the attached abstract on the sale deed draft shared to few of our members and ensuring our members are following the steps
 
1. Not to accept the SALE Deed draft with their acknowledgement.
2. Do not tempt to register the property with this sale deed.
3. They are forcing use for their benefit.
4. Pls write the mail to them stating that if the clubhouse is mvoed out, we dont accept and any cost/charge applicable will not be covered for me. Ask the revised last installment.
5. IF they state that is common for all customers, notify that I am an uncommon customer and you cannot force your standard oneside information on me.
 
 
Meeting of our association is planne for either 14th or 21st July, you shall be getting the communciaiton on that accordinly.
 
Pls go thru and understand how we are going to be tied up, if we register the document.
 
Few of the owners, who are yet to join and pay pls come forward and we need to fight with still more volume of people. There will be a need to make our contributions bit more and need to work out on the same by next meeting as well.
 
Appreciate our other dedicated members who put lots and lots of efforts to make manyachievements, we are positive on few other activities which should be get completed soon.

FitOut Possession 11.3 & 11.4 Builder pays 9% simple interest where as he is charging 18% from us shouldn't it be common for both the parties.

Facility Management Company 15.2 FMC has the right to maintain up to 5 year .. don't we think that's too much

Dispute Resolution and Governance Law  (C)  .. Judgement upon the award may be entered in the courts of Hyderabad

Page 14 point 25 Entire Deed The parties agree that the deed ... is a supersedes .. cancels .. any oral,written or prior negotiations  etc.

Clause # 25 on Page 14 is a big risk item.
