Dear Mr Ramesh Krishnan,

Your response to our serious concern regarding 'bouncers' or security personnel in mufti or whatever name label you care assign is as usual vague, arbitrary, and unilateral. If you have any sense of accountability you should have discussed with the residents the reasons behind the increase in the threat perception. You should have sensitised the residents to be more careful in their movements if the threat is real and not perceived. Your actions stem out of concern for yourselves due to your own actions/inactions and arrogance. If the additional 'security in mufti' is required as per you then you are accepting the fact that the existing security is inadequate, which is definitely a cause for concern.

2. You may recall that during our few interactions with you during the months of April and May security was a concern raised by us and we had requested you to work out a way to increase the height of the compound wall in the front. You had come up with the argument that it will interfere with the design and facade!! Throughout the day antisocial activities are carried out on the pavement in front of the compound wall and we have not seen any effort on either your part or on the part of the security staff to thwart such activities. Certain cases of thefts have also been brought to your notice but you had adopted a cavalier and frivalous attitude to these incidents and tried to brush them under the carpet. In some cases, the fingers/circumstantial evidence were also indicating complicity on the part of the operating personnel. Otherwise how can one explain the strange occurrence of the stolen item reappearing in front of the doorstep?  

3. The intention behind recalling these events is to highlight the fact that none of the above occurrences have been significant enough from your view point to appoint additional security in mufti!! However, we do not know what has happened in the recent past to compel you to appoint security personnel in mufti. Is it a fear that your actions may elicit some aggressive action from our side? Please be assured that all our actions will be well withing the limits of the law of the land and since you have strong legal team to take care of this aspect, there is not need to feel threatened. The action from your side is highly unwarranted and needs to be discussed with the residents immediately. 

4. Mr. Ramprakash and Mr. Ramesh Krishnan please understand that the developer has undertaken to build a complex and sell the same to the purchasers.The fact of the matter remains that we have purchased the flats in the project and are not living on a dole from magnanimous LODHA or seeking refuge in a relief camp. Please bear in mind this fact and come out of the role of a Principal of an Army School! We resent and detest such kind of arbitrary, highhanded and obnoxious behaviour on your part. You need to explain every act of yours through logic or rationale and failure to do so can only be attributed greed, vested interests etc. I am sure you being a customer centric real estate developer with interest spread across the country and abroad will not resort to such kind of acts, which can, in the long run, prove to detrimental to your great image!!

5. We are not at all amused with this act of yours and insist that the security in mufti be removed immediately. If there is any genuine increased threat perception known to you then it is incumbent upon you to discuss the matter in detail with us and action, if any, should be taken on mutual consensus. If you fail to respond to our demand to withdraw the 'security personnel in mufti' then we shall be constrained to take suitable remedial action.

6. We trust you will understand the sentiment of the residents and will not allow it be blown up!

Hi Amit,

You had called me in the morning. Can you conclude the matter to discuss.

I booked my flat in Oct'2010.

Since then daily new issues are cropping. 

First you should mind to know what has been promised to provide, and provide them and get your personnel trained of personnel respect/ behavioural issues. First of all its difficult to change attitude of uncivilised guys. 

Since start Lodha attitute is very dangerous.

After incomplete handover what is the fun, you are enjoying in this complex without completing the balance things.

Like Intercom,water, parking to all residents, clubhouse to be provided inside the compound.

 Don't do silly/nasty things to drag and sideline the main issues.

And more over take the bouncers and put infront of your own house/your team people houses and let you come with actual feeling.

We don't hestitate in any sort of complaining your issues at any level if they are not removed at front/immediately.
