may be we can formulate a plan and mke lodha implement it.  

But let us get seniority list for eden a,ba,c (example).  then we  can see how many people can be accommodated in the silt.   that will first ensure all will get silt as per seniority and not in passages. 

the issue of ahving silt under same building is an exercise Owners beyond the cut off , we should atke it up for covered parking and compensation .

solution 1 for fair distribution.

if the list  can be sorted by eden a,b c and if they are in similar numbers, first allot them by lot. remaining to be adjusted within a,b,c.

solution 2

by seniority allot from 1- n nd don't bother if it is A,B or C

solution 3

 seniority and b y lot 

solutions : others  can suggest to association for most acceptable 2 options for finalizing it with lodha. and see it is implemented.

to avoid confusions, association has to sign an MOU and accepting cancellation of old lists and letetrs issued ti individuals with valid reasons and then only issue new letters

Mr. Kona,

We have booked two flats EDEN C-104 and EDEN C-204 in July 2011, with
a promised stilt parking. We have been allotted parking nos. G0286 and
G0219 as per the first list issued by you. We have verified the same
and were awaiting letter confirmation from you.

Today we have observed that a new list has been put up wherein our
parking has been changed to G0276 and G0284 respectively. We
understand that this list was issued based on the concerns raised by
few residents. But, when we have not raised any objection, not
requested for a change, why have you changed our car parking???

The new parking is not acceptable to us at all, we demand a proper

stilt parking.
