already booked it. I'm sorry and if you don't mind i'd like to suggest
Mega-resort which is one of the biggist hotel there is a lot of enough
room and they have a American plan meal so you don't need to reserve
resturant. also that hotel is center of the transportation so many
hotel consumers satisfied with that. But if you don't like it we also
reconmmad other kind of lodging.

Setting: Someone is planning a round-trip itinerary1) to China. So he
telephoned a travel agent2) to see if there is any travel package3)
available, unfortunately he found that the schedule was inappropriate.
Then he decided to have an independent tour4) and booked a hotel all
by himself.

Scene 1: At the travel agency
A: Good morning, Hana Tour Travel Agency, how may I help you today?
B: Good morning, I am calling in connection with travelling China, can
I speak to someone in charge of that, please?
A: Of course, hold on please, I will put you through.

are answering the phone at a hotel, you'll want to say the name of the

concerned about the lack of vocabulary in it. Try to include some
more vocabulary and then memorize your script for Tuesday. Also note,
when you are speaking politely on the phone to a woman, you should
never say, "sir." That is a term we only use for men! To speak
politely to women, the correct term is maa'm. Talk to you soon. Feel
