MAJ Cumulative Intelligence Updates (High Priority)

At 8:35 PM, September 15, 2025, a phenomenon I've

been trained to "handle" and effectively "neutralize"

has begun again in spooling.

Spooling is an energy vortex I can feel sensations

from around my feet or ground chakra. It has a 

tingly static sensation and it feels like there's

waves of pooling energy.

This is when I enter an enhanced Project Titan mode

and mindset where I must take all necessary steps

to mitigate and neutralize the spooling from reaching

mass effect.

An incident a year ago, approached a mass effect

spooling event of high priority where several other

experts and myself successfully worked to stop

the event from occuring.

Physiological side effects was intense unease and

a growing hypersensitivity to movement.

This event is rare, but happens on occasion. It is in

origin, an extraterrestrial derived super weapon of

some kind that is atomic and radioactive in nature.

It resides on the, "other side of the known universe",

"the higher reality", "in another dimension next to

ours."

Mass effect nearly happened a year ago, that it felt

like the other side of our dimension or realm was

nearly piercing into our world.

Spooling continues as a variable series of waves.
