The scope of the cooldown entries. This has to use the enum BucketScope. This can be used to set the scope of thecooldown to for example the entire server, which will mean that a command cooldown applies to all members of thatserver.

So lately in my MiG-23ML I have been having alot of issues maintaining locks especially in the outer quarter of the radar scope when cranking. I just noticed it also has the sapphire-23ML radar when iirc it used to have the MLA version in game. If someone who knows how to check the ingame files or understands this stuff better than me could provide some insight it would be appreciated. Also have people noticed their radar locks being lost entirely (not just locking chaff) especially when attempting to crank or is it just something with the MiG-23 radar?
