The Pagosa Duathlon is coming up soon.  Information is forwarded below.  Please consider entering, even if you do not bicycle.  As a runner, you could team up with a biker and do it as a 2-person team.  If you would like to do that but don't have a biker teammate, please let me or Carmen know, and we will find you a teammate.

Subject: Pagosa Duathlon - Only 10 more days for early bird savings!

Only 10 more days to save BIG on early bird discounts for the Pagosa Duathlon, Pagosa’s premier mountain trail race!  Things are heating up and so is the competition!  This year’s Du is gearing up to be another great race for all levels of athletes – so that means you!  Half-duer’s have a 3-mile run, 7-mile mountain bike; Full-duer’s have 6-miles to run, 12-miles to bike.  Remember…you can do these races solo, or as a 2-member team.  And don’t forget, our rising stars – the Mini-duers, running 1-mile, riding 2.  There’s a race for everyone! 

Early registration ends June 24^th.  For easy registration, you can register at https://pagosaduathlon.chirrpy.com/  or visit www.ACVAP.org and download a paper form.  Registration forms will also be at the Pagosa Lakes Rec Center, the Hub, Momentum 24/7, and Pedal & Powder.  All easy ways to get you to the ‘Du’!
