Pagespeed Insights can not resolve my site

I have recently enabled compression via nginx on our web server.  After enabling this, Pagespeed can no longer resolve any url's that I am hosting from my server.  I have also had ads disapproved by Google due to site availability.  Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?
