Why can't I change the language of google pagespeed insights?

Can anyone give me an advice? I really need it to be in English. Every other google tool I use is in English. Why is this one in another language?

You should be able to change the language with &hl=en, so for example: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=google.com&hl=en vs https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=google.com&hl=fr
