Page Speed Module Installation and configuration.

A step by step without skipping a step video on building a local host server with Page Speed Modules Configured with filters, gulp, npm, Sublime Text editor etc.. would be so helpful.  I have considered this my main project to optimize my website.  When I figure this installation of Apache 2.0, Apache 2.7 through Python 3.3 server and the filters and configurations I will make a video on youtube.  If anyone reads this I sure could use some advice.  My website is https;//www.napleswineaficianados.com.  I feel like this is really important part of computer science to be literate.  Sincerely, Beau Boswell.

There is step-by-step documentation available for mod_pagespeed for installing from packages:
