PageSpeed Insight Error: 'Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL'

Hi everyone,

Every time I try to run any page of this domain https://www.lumingo.com/ I get the same error: 'Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL'. Is there is something I can do to fix this, have any of you got into this sort of problem.

Thanks for the report! I've identified the issue. The manifest file on this site is malformed, and unfortunately our manifest parser fails the entire run if it breaks.

The icon url is bad.

Fixing that will make PSI work again :)
