Pagespeed insight causing error 403

Hi all,

Using Pagespeed insights puts my entire wordpress site into a 403 error front end and back end. Removed all the plug-ins, reinstall etc. Nothing seems to help the host doesn't know why it is happening. The website is www.b-important.com. Has anybody here maybe a clue?

It would be highly appreciated.

Are you using mod_pagespeed or Page Speed Service?, I mean, pagespeed isights cannot affect in any manner to your site as it's "read-only". So I cannot get what the issue is about. 

If the issue is with mod_pagespeed you should discuss here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/mod-pagespeed-discuss

If the issue is with page speed service here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/page-speed-service-discuss

Maybe with some extra info we can look into this.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. The error I am getting is the following. The website is running normal before starting the test. I go to Google analytics. I go to the column of Sitespeed suggestions where the total of suggestion are summed up. I click on a link given behind the suggestion. This link is bringing up a pop-up of Pagespeed insights and I have an error 403 see attachment. Going straight to my landing page under www.b-important.com is giving either the same error 403 or like here that the server has dropped the connection.

Yup, just did the test and the site is down at the moment, i'd definitely contact with your hosting provider to fix this issue as pagespeed might be triggering any security filter on your server and cutting connection to avoid the "meant" attack. 

Never seen that before but it's pretty much server-side issue that your hosting shall fix.

By the way, performing a traceroute your hosting is singlehop what confuses me.

Hope they can fix that.
