pagespeed insights language problem

First i have to say im from turkey.

i changed all language settings english but still pagespeed insights page show turkish. because google showing language according to my location. How can i change that?

There is a lot of loss of meaning in the translation made from Turkish to English. Sometimes i cant get information in turkish. Im googling english but sometimes i cant chose correct keywords. can you help me pls and thank you
