Amazing job!,
i have used it and the new visual interface  it's great. My Chrome's pagespeed extension (developer tools) it has been updated too. I have problems to modify all the "warnings" in my Blog... before this pagespeed chages i'm in 98 and now i'm in 86... there are some things that i can't change in my blog (minify .css, http headers...) a lot of things that it would be great that we could change in our blogs. I have made a lot of guides in my blog about Pagespeed and now i have to update all of them with this new visual inferface.

I love this tool but i need that some changes could be made in Blogger... i have made a lot of those change, the last one was css sprite... and with each change i make a tutorial in my blog to my followers in my country.

A great tool, and a great visual interface, maybe a little "Blogger help" (to modify things that we can't in that tool) will be wonderfull, but in short you have done a good job.

Sorry for my english... i'm trying to do my best...

Best regards!

Hi Dave!

Exciting news: we've launched a big refresh of of PageSpeed Insights today. Take a look at tell us what you think.

It's great.  I see the "render blocking" rule has been "standartized" with different weights for desktops and mobiles.  One thing I really like: The mobile preview provided for i.e. my home page is probably the most correct I've seen so far.  Great job although I lost my 100/100 score for desktop due to the new rule and much more for mobiles ;-) !

I have only a small suggestion for improvement: As the left hand menu is initially missing, a link directly to the Page Speed Rules might be very handy.  Specially novices might have difficulties to find them otherwise.

Best regards, Thomas

"There was a problem with the request. Please try again later.Dismiss"

Dave,

I really like how the Mobile and Desktop pages are checked at the same time. Is this functionality coming to the Pagespeed Insights API? Currently I must specify mobile or desktop when running my queries, it would be neat to have a 'both' option that would deliver both reports in the response.

Thanks,

Matt Keys

That's currently how we do it as well. I do not know right off the technical difficulty in doing this and would require a change to the API results that are returned, but it is worth investigating. I'll discuss with the rest of the team.

Hello!

Just a small heads-up:

As by now, the new interface of Page Speed Insights has links to the corresponding explanations directly at the rules that were either fulfilled or missed.  That's great and eases the usage very much.  Thank you!
