Now a slow FCP and DCL

0 Today was the first day my mobile test results showed the FCP ndcl scores. Prior to that the mobile speed came up as green.

Now I get red and it comes up as this for mobile.

3.2s FCP 3.6s DCL

.. I've spent a lot of time minifying, optimizing the cache, Etc. So I'm not sure what's going on here. Can somebody offer some advice please?. I'd be very grateful.

You might also try uploading your images to TinyPng.

This image, mentioned by PSI is 68% smaller after uploading.

Thanks for the response.  

I understand what they are, I'm trying to figure out what to do to resolve the issue. I don't get why my mobile score used to be around 90 and now it's red with these measures. I've spent a lot of time configuring caching, minification, etc.

BTW, what page did you see that image on? I don't have that anywhere on my site.
