1. First download images from recomendation links of google

1.1. See if acceptable image you quality and replace for hosting

2. Using Google Tag Manager
include in GTM you code analytics and secondary google code

May bee need more changes with GMT

After - you can see only one point

Сократите время ответа сервера

По результатам тестирования время ответа вашего сервера составило 21,8 секунды.

Really you server is very slowly, but need doing first two points.

If have any question you can write me on skype:  anatoliydovgun or Viber/Telegram/WhatsUp +380990293439
I can help you, but i must see code site.

Mattiello,

I checked out your page and WebPageTest said it took 10 seconds to see content and 12 seconds to fully loaded. (What?) Ideally you want the entire page loaded in 2-3 seconds with visible content well under one second.

Waterfall didn't look too bad and scripts appeared to be loading late, which is what you want. A few images weren't optimal, but easily fixed.

Then I viewed your page source. You have what seemed to be gb's of inlined css and lots of fonts being loaded. Inlined css is not cacheable and has to be loaded on every page. Assuming you don't have a MySql database that needs to be accessed for every hit, your huge page size is probably part of your time-to-first bye problem. https://www.webpagetest.org/result/170908_V7_a8baa361090b66c428608c4815a45dfe/

I'd recommend you:
  • Ditch the page loader. People want to read the page while it loads, not stare at something spinning while it loads.
  • Move your css common to every page to an external file and inline only what's needed for that page. After first page load, that css will already be cached for other pages. (Better yet, inline critical css and post-load the rest after the page loads, but that's for later.)
  • Disable the fonts for now.
  • How many images, etc are you inlining in that css? Ideally you want a css file that's about 1k or smaller so the entire file can be loaded in one request.
Now retest and see if time-to-first byte is better.

Assuming your images are properly sized, I've had good luck saving jpgs as progressive-encoded and upload them (and any pngs) to https://tinypng.com

See if that helps.

Hello , Sorry for the delay was a really busy time

I partially solve the problem by myself,
Iàm using WordPress, I canàt give ONE solution because I did a lot of things, but I will List it

- I Used the free CDN Account of CloudFlare
- I install EWWW image optimizer
- I took off any CSS animation

After doing that the things improved a lot....

Hope that can help
