I think I found a possible bug in Google PageSpeed:

GPI reports problem with blocking CSS but all the CSS are loading asynchronously, after the HTML is rendered: two of them after DOMContentLoaded event and another one is blocked with rel="preload"
BTW there is no problem in mobile section, so... :)
