hi, how do I improve my website FCP and DCL?

The FCP and DCL result for my site do not look very good

But I have done all possible optimization:

I have search the internet for answers, but cannot find the answer for this?

can someone help me on this?

Lots of images so saving future images as progressive jpg and uploading all jpg and pngs to https://tinypng.com will help.

Since you have so many images, you should have a script that loads images as they become visible.

That 11 second load time is your indicator of a slow site. It should be under 3 seconds.

Start working on the low scores, especially the redirects.

Just an insight. It converts the image from binary format of 100644 > 100755.

My images are totally compressed at best. But I am unable to get better results. My site  bookofer.  i got 99/100 in mobile and 100/100 in desktop. but fcp is just 23. any tips to improve this
