pagespeed insights "Backend Error"

First noticed the issue when using the PageSpeed Insights API... the site fails to complete 100% of the time.  Using the web/browser version produces the "Backend Error" message.

Looks like there are several messages of this type in the group.  Has anyone had much luck in resolving the issue?

Not sure I understand.

I'm still seeing a "Backend error" when trying to use the PageSpeed Insights too.
