I am trying to reduce sizes of images used in a slider used on a page in my wordpress website.
I tested old page with Google Page Speed Insights and then changed the slider on the webpage using new resized images.
I then tested the revised webpage and it still referred to the images in the old slider...as if it did not recognize I had revised the webpage...

So - question: Do I have to submit the site to Google for crawl and render, etc. so that Page Speed Insights will analyse the revised page?

Are you using any cache plugin?

Not that I know of...you mean a specific plugin to handle cache in some way?  Should I clear cache after updating the web page before I run the new page speed test?
