Page speed insight does not work (time out)

Trying to use page speed insight, I always get this same error:

"Timeout while fetching the main resource. Ensure that the page loads in a browser and try again."

The url does load, and pretty fast (a few seconds), with no problem in any browser. 

Anyone else has that problem? what could be the issue?

Seems to work fine for me, maybe it was a temporal issue with network?

No it was not. It still does not work. The url is

https://www.dynomighty.com
page speed insights chokes on it and times out. I've tried about 20 times, all day, with and without the https, with and without the www.

just the domain name dynomighty.com times out as well.

I am not using a "robots.txt" file, but I don't know if there are any "user-agent block for crawlers" - where should these be and in what form? Would they be part of the server setting or something else?

I still have issues to test it dave, just tried your link and this is what I get:

I cannot access to that page. Are you sure that the reachable by any country? Maybe it's blocked to certain areas.

Please allow the IP Permission for allow  PAGE SPEED INSIGHT : - 66.249.64.0/19   permission on firewall or Security Group in aws SG / Azure SG / etc Security Group.

Hi guys! 

I solved the issue... It was really critical at least on my end... If Google is not able to analyze your website there's something going wrong & you need to solve this asap... I realized my HTML had a Crypto Miner JS that is considered some kind of virus. It was literally killing my CPU & website & Google was not giving Page Speed results. I never installed that JS but I guess it was due to giving access to some stupid plugins... I analyzed my website using UPTRENDS.COM & https://tools.keycdn.com (which are similar to Page Speed)

There I started reading everything & I knew I never installed something related to a Crypto Miner (WHICH IS CRITICAL)... After removing this from my website Google was able to analyze my website as usual! 

You might not have a crypto miner, but there is something wrong that needs to be fixed soon!
