Pagespeed score dropped significantly overnight (no changes to site) (mobile only)

Mobile pagespeed score dropped from 55 to 26 overnight, nothing has changed on my site at all. Specifically, 'Time to Interactive' has changed from 8.9 to 18.6 on mobile.
Desktop score has not changed at all.
Any ideas?

yes there are several topics relating of this problem.
not sure if this is a bug or... ?
