Page Speed Insights Shows Google Ads as an image optimisation suggestion

Hi everyone,

I have a self-hosted wordpress site (www.adistechsite.co.uk). I have been able to get the score to between 70 and 80 on mobile. In image optimisation it shows this:

Is there anything that I can do about this or am I stuck?
