CRUX vs Speed api difference origin values

We observed that the origin values remains same for all platforms(desktop and mobile) when we pull the data using CrUX API, while they are different platform to platform(example: desktop to mobile) when we pull data using Pagespeed Insights API.

How come, I thought both api are using the same underlying crux data?
