My website is showing 0/100 for speed from a desktop. From mobile it is showing 62/100. I am a beginner when it comes to website design and do not understand how to manipulate code. The major problem with speed is showing optimization of images. How do you tell what images I need to compress and resize. I have 100s of products and can't figure out which ones to address. Here is an example of an image I need to compress.
  • Compressing and resizing https://cdn.shopify.com/…6556/files/sister_1200x.png?v=1490306314 could save 2.6MiB (93% reduction).
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The do it for all way is to use mod_pagespeed.

If mod_pagespeed is not an option, you can try the following.

You can use the download link near the bottom of the result page for resized and optimized images.

"Download optimized image, JavaScript, and CSS resources for this page."

Or you can still use the Chrome extension to work on each of the images
