Pagespeed returns 503

Hi, i have  a problem with pagespeed, when i test site " bandage.com.ua " it shows 503 error. Some info about site: This site using "Prestashop CMS", exist about 3-4 months, hosting " ukraine.com.ua ", php 5.3. Here is some screenshot http://prntscr.com/9rntj2

I did as a continual suggestion of having 503 error

I've tested with your site, error 503 is still your https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=bandage.com.ua

It's not my site, and the customer wanted to leave it, as it is. You have 503 error, cause google can't see your site.

I have the same problem with the site of one of my clients.

The geolocation cannot be switched off, because it is used.

Did someone find another solution ?
