funny when Google advises you to get rid of blocking elements, when does this "mistake" in Pagespeet insights ))
besides, it is really blocking the content, cause the top is glued to the monitor to the right... unlike the site with top here https://www.dikul.org/
hope Google will correct their mistake or will let the sites use usefull features for the i-net surfers.

создателю это простительно, у них и так все быстро грузится, разве нет ?
