Serve scaled images

Hi there.

I've used page speed in my page and the first time it suggested that I
served scaled images,

The following images are resized in HTML or CSS. Serving scaled images
could save 48.4KiB (81% reduction).
Mexico-26.jpg is resized in HTML or CSS from 300 x 200 to 130 x 87.

Serving a scaled image could save 12.3KiB (81% reduction).

I had this message for all my gallery thumbnails, so I went ahead and
reduced the image size as suggested 130 x 87. I did that, but only a
few messages disappeared from the list, despite I had done it to all
the images.

Why is this happening?

Thanks Libo, but won't be necessary as google page speed apparently have recognised the modifications.
